Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 9, 2026
Welcome to PX! These terms are intentionally straightforward — we're building for developers like us.
The Service
PX Systems, Inc. ("PX", "we", "us") provides a platform that lets you run parallel workloads across local and cloud infrastructure. During our private beta, we support Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services, with Azure and DigitalOcean coming soon.
Using PX
What you can do:
- Use PX for your projects, experiments, and production workloads
- Run parallel jobs on your own cloud infrastructure
- Provide feedback and help us improve the product
What we ask:
- You must be 18 or older to use PX
- Keep your credentials secure
- Use the service for legitimate purposes
- Don't try to break or reverse engineer our platform
- Don't resell PX or use it to build a competing product
Your Data & Code
You own your code and data. Period.
When you use PX:
- Your code runs in your cloud account, on your VMs
- We don't access your code or data unless you explicitly share it with us for support
- We may collect anonymized usage metrics (e.g., "how many jobs were run") to improve the product
- We'll never sell your data to anyone
Cloud Credentials
You provide PX with credentials to provision resources in your cloud account (via OAuth). These credentials:
- Are stored locally on your developer machine using standard authentication mechanisms
- Are used only to create and manage your PX clusters
- Can be revoked by you at any time
- Give us no access to your existing cloud resources
Important: You're responsible for the costs of cloud resources PX provisions in your account. PX will attempt to clean up resources when jobs complete, but you should monitor your cloud billing.
Private Beta
PX is currently in private beta, which means:
- The service may have bugs or change significantly
- We may need to reset or migrate data
- Features may be added, removed, or modified
- We're learning and iterating quickly based on feedback
No SLA: During beta, we don't guarantee uptime or availability. We'll do our best, but things might break occasionally.
Support
We're a small team, but we're responsive! Reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
Liability
In plain English: We're providing PX "as is" during beta. We're not liable for bugs, data loss, or cloud costs you incur. Use PX at your own risk.
Legal version: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PX SYSTEMS, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL PX SYSTEMS, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
You can stop using PX anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
Changes to Terms
As we grow and learn, we may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where PX Systems, Inc. is incorporated.
